We collect only the data strictly necessary for the diagnostic service to function:
Account Data: Name, Company Name (optional), and Email Address.
Diagnostic Data: Vehicle information (make, model, version, year, mileage, VIN) and multimedia content (videos and audio recordings) submitted by the user for technical analysis. This content is processed by the Google Gemini API and is not stored on our servers after the diagnostic is complete.
Payment Data: All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card or banking information.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is used to:
Generate personalised technical diagnostic reports using Artificial Intelligence.
Manage your account and report history.
Provide technical support or send notifications regarding your diagnostic status.
Comply with legal billing obligations.
3. Data Sharing with Third Parties
To provide our service, we use trusted partner infrastructure that meets high security standards:
Google Cloud / Firebase: For data hosting and secure authentication.
Google Gemini API: Diagnostic data is processed to generate technical analysis. Note: We use the enterprise version of the API, which does not typically use your data to train public AI models.
Squarespace: For contact management through our official website.
4. Data Retention and Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud servers.
We retain your reports in our database so you can access them at any time, unless you request their deletion.

Access, rectify, or delete your personal data.
Request data portability.
Withdraw consent at any time through the app settings.
